With over 5 years of experience in customer service and event planning, I’m dedicated to providing top-notch service to our clients and their families.
Responsibilities:
As the Customer Relations Representative, my primary responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and friendly manner
- Coordinating with clients to understand their party vision and preferences
- Providing personalized recommendations and solutions to ensure a seamless party planning process
- Managing party bookings, scheduling, and logistics
- Collaborating with our event planning team to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly
- Maintaining excellent communication with clients throughout the party planning process

Personal Interests:
In my free time, I enjoy attending local children’s events, trying new restaurants, and spending time with my family. I’m also an avid reader and love trying out new book series!
